Katy Perry feet and footwear searches have more answers than most, because she designs shoes as well as wearing them. She launched Katy Perry Collections in 2017 and took full ownership in 2022. On red carpets she has worn burger sneakers, an 8 inch Vivienne Westwood platform and, at the 2026 Met Gala, crystal Stella McCartney slingbacks.

Yes. WWD reported that she launched Katy Perry Collections in 2017 with Global Brands Group. When that partner filed for bankruptcy in 2021, she bought the brand outright and relaunched it in spring 2022 as its only owner, Footwear News reported.
The relaunch had 19 styles in floral and beach themes, from platforms and kitten heels to loafers, sandals, sneakers and wedges, priced from $39 to $129, according to WWD. Nordstrom, Macy's and Zappos were named as fall 2022 retail partners, and she gave the keynote at the Project trade show in Las Vegas that August.
She traced the idea to a thrifted pair of Dalmatian print flats with bendable ears and whiskers. Wearing them around Los Angeles, she told FN, people stopped her "by the hundreds." She wanted "personality shoes at a great price point" for fans who could not spend $450 to $750 on a pair.
Her shoe obsession predates the label. In the same 2022 interview she remembered a Los Angeles club called Star Shoes, where the window displayed vintage pairs from the 1940s. Before the 2017 launch she spent three years researching, including factory visits in Italy, and worked with stylist Johnny Wujek and designer Selena McCartney. Past designs included cigar stilettos and lemon slice jellies; for the next chapter she wanted "a little more kitsch."
By January 2025, Who What Wear was recommending the line's flats, Mary Janes, boots and toe ring sandals, noting that most styles cost under $100 and that Nordstrom carried the range.
At the 2019 Met Gala she arrived as a light up Moschino chandelier in sparkling cake stand heels, then changed into a Moschino hamburger costume. For the second look she wore crystal covered Munchie sneakers from her own line, shaped like burgers, per Footwear News. The retail version cost $129.
In 2026 the approach was quieter: white mesh Stella McCartney spring 2026 slingback pumps with dense crystal work, worn to the gala on May 4 and kept on for the Saint Laurent after party, Footwear News reported.

In March 2024 she wore moc croc platform pumps from Vivienne Westwood's fall 1993 collection, sourced from Pechuga Vintage. Vogue called them one of fashion's most infamously high shoes, with a heel of more than 8 inches, and recalled that Naomi Campbell famously fell in a similar pair on the runway.
At Balenciaga's 51st couture show in Paris on July 9, 2025, she wore the Space pump, a molded EVA stiletto with a velvet effect finish and no visible seams, retailing for 3,000 euros, per Footwear News. A month later in New York she switched to blush satin Lily Bow slides with a 3 inch stiletto and grosgrain trim.
Page Six catalogued her stage boots in April 2025: black thigh highs for a Darth Maul inspired look, lizard textured light green thigh highs, pink platform boots made to resemble cotton candy and silver knee highs. In Nashville that August, Hola reported, she wore the Freddie Silver boot from Dante, a brand based in Leon, Mexico, in metallic silver leather with studs and a black lightning bolt.
Vogue and Rolling Stone have both called her the "Queen of Camp," Wikipedia notes. Her shoes are where that label is easiest to see.
