FLRT, LLC, doing business as “FeetFinder” (herein referred to as “FLRT,” “we,” “us” or “our”) recognizes the importance of the privacy of our users. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the information we collect through our website https://feetfinder.com and our mobile application “FeetFinder” (collectively the “Services”) and how we handle that information

By using the Services, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and consent to our collection, use, disclosure and retention of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

I.  Information Collection

In order to provide you with the Services, FLRT collects certain information that may be considered personally identifiable information. Such information may be provided to us by you directly, or may be collected automatically when you use the Services.

     1.  Information you provide to us.

FLRT collects personally identifiable information that you provide to us, such as when you create an account with us, subscribe to our mailing or SMS list, complete customer surveys, or otherwise contact us. Information collected when you use our Services includes:

  • Contact Data including your first and last name, phone number, postal address, and email address.
  • Account Credentials including your username, password, password hints, and other information for authentication and account access.
  • Demographic Data including your date of birth, age, country, ethnicity, gender and foot size.
  • Billing Data including credit or debit card number that you submit to our Services is collected by our payment processing partners. We do not store any payment card data.
  • Profile Data including information about you and your interests listed in your user biography.
  • Content including any messages you send to us (such as feedback and questions to customer support), content shared publicly through the Services (such as a profile picture), and content in messages shared with other users of the Services. 

We require users to be eighteen (18) years of age, and we require all Sellers to submit a picture with a Government Issued Photo ID and a selfie with the same ID. Buyers must also be verified by entering their birthday and must add a valid debit/credit card with their name, address and card information before sending offers or purchasing content.  We use this information only for verification purposes to ensure no underage users or fake accounts access our website.

You may always elect not to submit voluntary information, however, as a result, you may not be able to access certain of the Services’ features and functionality.

     2.  Information we collect automatically. 

We automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software when you use the Services. The following are the categories of information we may automatically collect:

  • Device Data including data about the type of device or browser you use, your device’s operating software, your internet service provider, your device’s regional and language settings, and device identifiers such as IP address.
  • Log Files are files that record events that occur in connection with your use of the Services, including access times, pages viewed, and other general actions taken with respect to the Services.

We automatically collect information using cookies and other data collection technologies.  Cookies are small files containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website or use an online service. When you visit the website or use the service again, the cookie allows that website or online service to recognize your browser or device. Cookies may store unique identifiers, user preferences and other information. Generally, cookies may be controlled through your browser settings. Other data collection technologies that are not browser-based like cookies may be used in our mobile applications. II.  Use of Collected Information

We may use the information we collect for any of the following purposes:

  • to verify all of our users are 18+ and there are no underage users or fake/spam accounts;
  • to provide the Services to you and to improve the Services;
  • to provide, operate, improve, and personalize the products and service we offer, and to give each user a more consistent and personalized experience when interacting with us;
  • to provide you with information about products and services that we and other businesses may provide that we think may be of interest to you;
  • to send you special offers;
  • to allow you to search and filter preferences with respect to sellers and related offerings;
  • for customer service, security, to detect fraud or illegal activities, and for archival and backup purposes in connection with the provision of the Site;
  • to fulfil your requests, such as those related to ordering and payment; and
  • to communicate with you.

III.  Sharing of Information

We mare share information we collect through the Services in the following ways:

  • With Other Users of the Services. Certain information related to your account may be viewable by other users of the Services in limited contexts. For example, information related to your general profile is viewable by all users of the Services. You may also share information with “fans” and “creators,” in which case the information you share will be viewable by them.
  • With Third Party Service Providers Performing Services on Our Behalf. We share your personal information with our service providers to perform the functions for which we engage them. For example, we may use third parties to host the Services or assist us in providing functionality on the Services, and to process payments.
  • For Legal Purposes. We also may share information that we collect from users as needed to enforce our rights, protect our property or protect the rights, property or safety of others, or as needed to support external auditing, compliance and corporate governance functions. We will disclose personal information as we deem necessary to respond to a subpoena, regulation, binding order of a data protection agency, legal process, governmental request or other legal or regulatory process. We may also share personal information as required to pursue available remedies or limit damages we may sustain. 
  • Changes of Control. We may transfer information, including your personal information, in connection with a change of ownership or control by or of us or any affiliated entity (in each case whether in whole or in part).

IV.  Data Collection Tools

As stated above, we use cookies and other data collection technologies to automatically collect certain information. This section provides additional information about why we use those tools and the steps users can take to control them. 

     1.  Why we use data collection tools.

Data collection tools help us improve the Services by providing us with information about which parts of the Services are most popular, enabling us to analyze technical and navigational information about the Services, and helping us to detect and prevent fraud. We also use cookies and other data collection tools (such as web beacons and server logs) to help improve your experience with the Site. For example, we use Google Analytics to help analyze how users use the Services. These tools use cookies to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Services (including IP address) is transmitted to our data collection tool service providers. This information is then used by us to evaluate visitors’ use of the Site and to compile statistical reports on website activity. V.  Security Used and Retention of Personal Information

FLRT uses reasonable security measures designed to prevent unauthorized intrusion to the Services and the alteration, acquisition or misuse of personal information; however, we will not be responsible for loss, corruption or unauthorized acquisition or misuse of personal information that you provide through the Services that is stored by us, or for any damages resulting from such loss, corruption or unauthorized acquisition or misuse. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information.

VI.  Links to External Websites

Our Site may contain links to third party websites. Any access to and use of such third party websites is not governed by this Privacy Policy, but is instead governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites, and we are not responsible for the information practices of such third party websites. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with and consult their privacy policies and terms of use.

VII.  Do Not Track

Our Site does not currently take any action when it receives a Do Not Track request. Do Not Track is a privacy preference that you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your webpage visits collected across websites when you have not interacted with that service on the page. VIII.  Additional Information for EU Residents.

FLRT is the controller of the personal information we collect through the Services. We process personal information for the purposes described in the section entitled, “Use of Collected Information,” above. We process personal information to further our legitimate interest in providing the Services to you and other users or, in the case of special categories of personal information such as personal information relating to your race or sex life, with your explicit consent. If required, we may also process your personal information as necessary to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject. We may share your personal information with the categories of recipients described in the section entitled, “Sharing of Information,” above.

Unless legally required to retain information longer, we will retain your personal information where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).

Your personal information may be transferred, stored and used in the United States of America (USA). The USA may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country (and, in some cases, may not be as protective).  Where we operate as a data exporter under applicable law, we are committed to adopt all the necessary measures and safeguards as to the cross-border data flow, as set forth by applicable laws.  When required by applicable laws, we will request appropriate consent from you for international data transfers or use appropriate safeguards.

IX.  California Shine the Light Law

Customers who are residents of California may request (i) a list of the categories of personal information disclosed by us to third parties during the immediately preceding calendar year for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes; and (ii) a list of the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed such information. To exercise a request, please write us at the email or postal address set out in “Contact Information,” section, below and specify that you are making a “California Shine the Light Request.” We may require additional information from you to allow us to verify your identity and are only required to respond to requests once during any calendar year.

X.  Children

The Services are intended for persons eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from any person under the age of eighteen. No parts of our Site are directed to or designed to attract anyone under the age of eighteen.
