Non Consensual Intimate Imagery Policy

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

Table of Contents

FeetFinder prohibits non-consensual intimate imagery and other content that violates a depicted person's consent. This policy explains the rules, how anyone can report a concern, and how we review and act on reports. FeetFinder is operated by FLRT Inc., a Nevada corporation.

Scope and prohibited content

This policy applies to content shared through FeetFinder, including uploads, profiles, private messages, and livestreams. Non-consensual intimate imagery includes an image or video showing an identifiable real person nude, exposing intimate body parts, or engaged in sexual activity without that person's valid consent to its creation or the particular sharing. It includes hidden-camera material and AI-generated, digitally altered, or other synthetic imagery that falsely depicts an identifiable real person in an intimate situation without consent. A person can be identifiable from their face, body, accompanying information, or other context.

You must not upload, share, sell, request, or threaten to share non-consensual intimate imagery through FeetFinder. Consent to recording, a private exchange, a relationship, or an earlier publication does not by itself authorize sharing on FeetFinder. Content depicting or promoting real or simulated non-consensual sexual activity remains prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy. A role-play label or disclaimer does not create an exception. Material involving a person who is, or appears to be, under 18 is prohibited and handled under our Child Sexual Abuse Material Policy.

The consent requirements in our Terms of Service also apply to content outside this policy's intimate-imagery description, including feet content. We accept reports about that content through the same complaints route.

Consent and seller records

Sellers must verify the identity and age of each depicted person and obtain and retain written, informed consent specific to the content, covering depiction, upload to FeetFinder and public distribution, and downloading where permitted. These requirements apply to every depicted person, including a tagged Seller. Account verification, age verification, tagging, payment, and a content licence do not replace consent. Each additional person detected by our verification system must complete the joint-account identity and age-verification process before posting. You must provide the supporting records we reasonably request under our Terms of Service. Any individual depicted in Co-Authored Content may withdraw their consent to appear in it. We remove that Content if a participant withdraws consent, as stated in our Terms of Service.

How to report

Anyone can report suspected non-consensual content using the Report function on a content or profile page, emailing complaints@feetfinder.com, or writing to FLRT Inc. at 318 N. Carson Street, Suite 208, Carson City, Nevada 89701, USA. You do not need a FeetFinder account. These routes are available wherever you live, including the United Kingdom.

Provide the URL or other information that lets us locate the content, explain the concern, and provide a way for us to contact you if you want a response. If you are depicted, tell us what sharing you did not consent to or why the asserted consent is invalid. An authorized representative may submit a report for you. We may request information reasonably needed to confirm identity, authority, or consent. You do not need a police report, court order, or proof of a criminal offense to make a consent complaint. Do not repost the imagery or send unnecessary copies or identity documents; identify its location and we will explain any further verification needed.

Review and removal

We promptly acknowledge reports and use human review of reported or escalated matters to assess the content, available consent evidence, and applicable law. We prioritize urgent safety matters. We review and resolve complaints about Content within five business days of receipt, subject to shorter applicable deadlines. Where we have evidence that content is illegal, we remove or disable it immediately. If appropriate consent cannot be established, or the depicted person shows that consent is void under applicable law, we remove the content immediately. We notify the complainant of the outcome and provide reasons where required by law.

A complete valid request under our U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act Compliance Policy requires removal within 48 hours of receipt and reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies. That policy explains the statutory request requirements. The worldwide complaints route in this policy remains available even when a report does not meet those requirements. An appeal does not suspend a legally required removal deadline.

You must not re-upload or redistribute content removed for lack of consent. Report any copies or re-uploads with their locations so we can act on them. We use automated screening of relevant uploads and certain messaging workflows, together with human review of reports and escalations. Automated screening cannot establish consent or identify every violation. We do not promise that technology will detect every copy or prevent every re-upload. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination under our Terms of Service. We preserve or report information where applicable law requires it.

Appeals and privacy

If you disagree with a moderation decision, including a decision to retain reported content, use our Appeals Policy and email appeals@feetfinder.com. A person reviews the appeal. The policy's six-month internal appeal period does not limit statutory, regulatory, or judicial remedies. A depicted person may challenge consent under our Complaints Policy without an account. If we disagree that consent is void under applicable law, we allow that disagreement to be determined by a neutral body at our expense.

We handle reports and supporting information under our Privacy Policy and share them only as needed to investigate, enforce our rules, protect safety, or comply with law. We may need to give the uploader enough information to respond, but do not disclose unnecessary personal information about the complainant. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Read it with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Complaints Policy, Appeals Policy, and U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act Compliance Policy.
