She made her influencer boxing debut in July 2022 with a win over AJ Bunker.
On 14 January 2023 she fought the TikTok creator Faith Ordway on the undercard of KSI’s bout with FaZe Temperrr at the OVO Arena Wembley. Boxing Scene reported that Brooke scored two knockdowns before the fight was stopped in the first round.
Ordway, a dance and fitness creator with more than 4.6 million TikTok followers, lasted 1 minute 41 seconds, according to the official result listed by Cageside Press.
That April she returned to the same arena for the Kingpyn quarter final as a heavy favourite and beat Ms Danielka by unanimous decision over five rounds. The Mirror reported that all three judges scored it 49 to 46. Afterwards she called her opponent a tough fighter who could take a punch and said she knew what she needed to work on.
Her sister Emily also won on that card, keeping alive the idea of the two meeting later in the tournament.
She lost to Jully Poca by unanimous decision in the Kingpyn semifinal in Dublin on 15 July 2023, her first defeat. The result ended her run in the tournament.

The belt came from a rematch with Bunker, the former Love Island contestant, at the First Direct Arena in Leeds on 20 January 2024. She had beaten Bunker on points when they first met about 18 months earlier.
The rematch started scrappily, and the referee warned Bunker for leading with her head. This time a right hand in the third round put Bunker down and the referee stopped the fight.
Afterwards she told the Mirror she had wanted to make a point rather than leave the result to the judges. She added that she was happy to build slowly and keep improving rather than chase the biggest names straight away.
Her first defence came in May 2024 against Paige VanZant, the former UFC fighter, who was making her professional boxing debut. MMA Fighting noted that Brooke went in as a heavy underdog despite holding the belt.
Brooke scored the only knockdown of the fight in the opening round, a right hand that sat VanZant down. VanZant came back strongly in the later rounds, and the judges returned a split draw, so the title stayed with her.
One judge scored it 48 to 46 for Brooke, another 48 to 46 for VanZant and the third 47 to 47. The bout took place in Houston, and VanZant said afterwards that she had signed a multi fight deal and expected a rematch. Brooke said she would need to watch the fight back before judging it.
The Savage fight followed at the Vertu Motors Arena in Newcastle. Savage, a former BKFC title challenger, was boxing on a Misfits card for the first time, and all three judges scored the bout for Brooke, by 48 to 47, 49 to 46 and 48 to 47.
It was her second title defence of 2024, and both fights were main events.
