She started posting on TikTok in 2021, sharing funny videos about parenting and pregnancy, and Elle reports she had about 1.2 million followers by the time the podcast began. In 2023 she opened a comedy account and launched The Really Good Podcast that April.
Early guests included the comedians Rick Glassman and Funny Marco, and it was Marco who told her Drake had started following her.
Her July 2023 interview with Drake went viral, and later guests included Lil Yachty, Mark Cuban, Offset and Shaquille O’Neal.
She has said that booking Drake was simpler than people assumed. He followed her account, she sent him a message, and she flew to Memphis to record during his tour on a bed set built backstage at the arena. Elle reports that the episode passed 10 million views on YouTube, far ahead of anything else on the show.
Deadline put that episode at 1 billion views and 300 million likes overall, and noted that the media was baffled by how she had landed it.
Deadline described her act as a deadpan, uncomfortable Valley Girl routine built on fearless questions that made guests bristle, and the show drew comparisons to Zach Galifianakis’ Between Two Ferns.
Episodes often turned into activities. She painted and argued with Rainn Wilson, played tennis with the comedian Bobby Lee and quizzed Nick Cannon on the names of his 12 children, a test he failed.
One episode doubled as an advert. Michael Cera came on and she teased him about being the creator of CeraVe, a paid stunt for the skin care brand that she revealed at SXSW 2024.
She later told Elle that she drifted away from her blunt onscreen character because harsh comments got to her, and that the show lost something when she tried to be nicer.
The Really Good Podcast won Best Emerging Podcast at the 2024 iHeart Podcast Awards. That same year it signed a deal with Studio71 covering distribution and advertising.
Deadline reported that she closed the show after about two and a half years simply because she chose to, not because of costs. Her Drake episode alone had passed a billion views across platforms by then.
She opened the final episode in a black funeral dress, then sang an out of tune version of Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah with her sister Lexi. Looking back, she said the podcast had started with just a girl with a dream to make more money.
She ended The Really Good Podcast in July 2025 and launched Not This Again on 2 September 2025, with Drake as its first guest. Billboard reported that he sat down with her to open the new show.
She chose the name Not This Again as a joke, because so many people had said finally when her first show ended. Elle reported that the new show came with a bigger team, higher production values and a return to the dry, uncomfortable interview style that made her name.
Deadline said first season episodes passed four million views, with clips topping 67 million, and that the guests included Trevor Wallace, Kevin Gates and a returning Drake.
The second season of Not This Again began on 18 February 2026, and Deadline listed Kevin Durant among the guests from its first run. A few months later she tried live comedy for the first time with Bobbi Althoff Tries Standup at the Netflix Is A Joke Fest on 9 May 2026.
In September 2026 Deadline reported that The Really Good Podcast would come back with a new season from 30 September, a move the outlet framed as a return to her roots. She also cohosts That’s BS With Bobbi & Suki with the rapper Sukihana.
Her screen work is growing too. She appears in the independent romance Love Language with Chloë Grace Moretz, Chloe Fineman, Lukas Gage and Billie Lourd, and is set to feature in the Orange County edition of the Hulu series The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
