Carefully, by her own account. AVN reported that she met her prospective agent, Ryan of Hussie Models, in March 2020 and questioned him for three nights running. "I asked him every question I could think of," she said. He recalled the then 20 year old wanting "to know every single detail possible" during the first wave of the pandemic.
Until then she had been, in her words, "a goody two shoes nanny" who did not drink. Ryan told AVN she was booked solid for seven months once agents announced she was available, and that he kept a waiting list for her on his phone.
At the all digital 39th AVN Awards on January 22, 2022, she won Best New Starlet, the industry's top honor for a new female performer, plus the fan voted award for best newcomer. She accepted from home over Zoom. "I try to be very humble and chill about everything," she said, adding that she had not really celebrated, but that the win was what she had wanted for two years.

Director and photographer Jonni Darkko shot her April 2022 AVN cover in two sets: one "super glam," the other a dreamy girl next door look. Adult Empire told the magazine she was "a cover girl in the purest sense," pointing to her December 2020 Penthouse Pet of the Month feature as an early breakthrough. The retailer said her popularity began climbing in May 2021, and at press time it ranked her second in the world on its most popular performers list.
She described her pace plainly: "I'm a workaholic but I feel like it's kind of necessary at this point." Directors quoted by AVN, including Derek Dozer, said she arrived on set with ideas and always seemed to be enjoying the work.
Director Axel Braun cast her as Gwen Stacy in his biggest 2022 production and told AVN she prepared meticulously, "enduring countless costume fittings."
She told AVN she studied how Angela White and Jenna Jameson ran their businesses. White encouraged her to write her own scripts and storylines and to direct one day: "Don't ever let anyone tell you no." Blossom described wanting to be "a business woman" and "a beacon of female empowerment."
She grew up in a conservative Mormon community in Arizona without being Mormon herself, and said she shaved her head in her junior year of high school. When friends got tattoos, she decided against it because it did not feel true to her. "I like standing out. I like doing things my own way," she said. On fame: "I'm trying to stay grounded and live in the real world."
